CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Here's some tips on how to care for your jewelry

SANDALWOOD

Sandalwood is rare and should be handled carefully. Please make sure your sandalwood jewelry does not encounter excessive moisture. Moisture, including perspiration, will cause the beads to dry out and turn white. Sandalwood’s reaction to water or humidity is akin to placing a glass of cold water on a wooden table. The condensation from the glass creates a white ring on the table.
If the sandalwood becomes dried out, you can purchase sandalwood oil to moisturize and revitalize the wood upon application.
If the sandalwood beads are losing their scent, put them in a Ziplock bag overnight and the fragrance should be restored.
Many people wear fragrant perfumes and lotions daily. The beads are likely to take on those unique scents. Enjoy wearing your jewelry, it will start to reflect the essence of YOU!
As you wear your beads, they will continue to become darker and shinier creating a unique patina.
Some of the beads are strung on an elastic band. The best way to retain the shape of your bracelet is to roll it on and off your wrist. DO NOT PULL on your bracelet – pulling or tugging on the bracelet will weaken it and quickly stretch it out.

PEARLS

Wipe your pearls with a soft cloth frequently to keep them looking shiny and new. This will remove any oils or Chemicals. Occasionally you can mix a solution of lukewarm water and mild dish soap, dip a soft cleaning cloth in it, wipe rinse and dry. Let them dry completely before storing. Pearls can be delicate, and are prone to scratches, so store them separately in fabric-lined compartments If desired. Pearls flourish in a humid atmosphere, so wearing them frequently preserves them from drying out.

"LAVA"

Our “Lava Stone” pieces are great for essential oil diffusion. Put a couple drops on the stones and as your body heats up during the day the oils will aromatically provide you with a calming, soothing or energetic aura.
